Norman Douglas & Co. has developed a comprehensive programme to accompany the process of creating work, which is geared to specific target groups.
-	Programmes for children (age-specific work for pre-school, primary and secondary schoolchildren)
-	Life-long learning dance programme for the over 65's
-	Programmes for those with impairments / special needs
-	Special Artists Residency in schools' programmes, ranging from 2 weeks to a max. of 10 weeks
-	Special football projects for boys
-	Lecture demonstrations of the company's repertoire
